Feasibility -> how the products are delivered, oriented, delivered; Concept -> which components can be used; Basic concept: structure and size of the stations


Which level of automation is the right one?

Cycle times and number of pieces: automation pneumatic, cam-controlled, electric manual or "mixed" / target production costs per piece; expandability, flexibility


What should the sequence of steps be?

Arrangement and linking of the stations -> this can be: standardised rotary transfer and longitudinal transfer machines / also purchased components such as Weiss/Taktomat.../ continuously running machines: cycle time analysis as required with curve diagram -> feasibility of the stations -> for mechanical or virtual (servo) curves, use of robots.


How do I assemble my parts?

Determination of assembly -> inserting, fitting, screwing, crimping, pressing, riveting, marking, greasing and painting of assembled parts and during assembly/laser marking/graining
