Start in your preferred region and use your own network to build a successful cross-ING branch in engineering services. As an employee, you will gradually develop your company step by step – and after a maximum of three successful years, the majority of the company will belong to you.

The cross-ING Group AG takes care of administration, quality assurance, and integration into our matrix organization of Competence Centers. This allows you to fully concentrate on what matters most to you: engineering, innovation, and the development of your customer projects.
