This year, cross-ING will once again be present at numerous graduate and career fairs in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Students and graduates from technical disciplines have the exclusive opportunity to benefit on site from a free SkillCheck including a CV upgrade – developed in collaboration with HR experts and experienced engineers.

Participation in these fairs offers young talents a unique opportunity to reflect on their skills through direct exchange, optimise their CVs and build valuable connections with recruiters and engineers from industry. The SkillCheck helps make skills visible that often remain underrepresented on a CV – supported by a certified document that strengthens applications in a sustainable way.
