Rooftop Rendezvous #3 in Bern

Yesterday, we hosted the third edition of our Rooftop Rendezvous at cross-ING Bern AG. With beautiful weather on our side, we were delighted to welcome more than 30 guests to our terrace and offices.


One of the highlights of the evening was seeing how quickly conversations started and new connections were formed:

  • People who had known each other for years reconnected.

  • Former colleagues had the chance to catch up.

  • Neighbours whose companies are located just a few metres apart met and exchanged ideas for the first time.


This is what Cross-Engineering means to us: bringing together people, ideas and experiences across industries, disciplines and organisational boundaries.

We were also inspired by the keynote presentation from our colleague Silviu Rata, Chief Competence Center Systems Engineering, on the topic: “How Systems Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Support Each Other”. The discussions during the subsequent apéro clearly demonstrated how relevant and timely this topic is.


A heartfelt thank you to all our guests and the entire cross-ING team for the organisation, the engaging conversations and the great atmosphere.
