With Maze Zeder as the new Head of the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Competence Centre, cross-ING is systematically expanding its expertise in lean management, process optimisation and sustainable value creation.
For us, operational excellence means clearly structuring processes, eliminating waste and consistently focussing on customer benefit. Our claim: not just thinking excellence - but realising it in a measurable way.
Maze Zeder is taking over the management of the Competence Centre from Thomas Kaiser, who has built up and significantly shaped the area with great commitment over many years. We would like to thank Thomas for his commitment and for laying the foundations on which we are now building. With his commitment, he has laid the foundations for the successful expansion of the Competence Centres at cross-ING and provided important impetus for future development.
