This year’s cross-ING Christmas party at JJs Restaurant in Winterthur was more than just a year-end event – it was a gathering of people who develop solutions together throughout the year, take responsibility, and make innovation possible. Employees from all locations came together, joined by their partners.

What made the evening truly special was not only the great food, music, or festive atmosphere – but above all the conversations. The exchange between colleagues from different Competence Centers, regions, and project teams once again showed what defines cross-ING: strong connections across disciplines. From automation and systems engineering to sustainable product development – our strength lies not only in expertise, but in collaboration.

A special highlight was our interactive photo challenge, which sparked plenty of laughter, spontaneous encounters, and creative memories. Via QR code, impressions could be shared in real time – a digital experience that created genuine connection and a shared moment.
