INSIGHTS 2025: Knowledge, exchange and inspiration

On 11 June 2025, cross-ING held its annual INSIGHTS event at Technopark Winterthur - a must-attend event for all employees from all regions. The aim was to share knowledge, learn from each other and help shape the future of engineering together.

The competence centres presented current projects, technical innovations and practical solutions. From sustainable product development and automated process optimisation to AI-based system solutions - the spectrum was as diverse as our interdisciplinary teams.

A special item on the programme was the World Café, an interactive workshop in which we worked together on the ‘DNA of cross-ING’: What defines us as a company? What values, principles and attitudes underpin our culture - and how do we want to develop these further?

A key result:

This attitude should become even more visible and tangible in future - both internally and externally.

In addition to the professional input, the focus was on personal exchange and cross-regional networking - because for us, innovation comes from genuine collaboration.
