Once a year, all the threads come together on Homecoming Day: Strategy meets team spirit, looking back meets looking forward and projects meet personal encounters. This year's cross-ING Homecoming took place at Haus Valley and offered valuable insights, inspiring conversations and genuine encounters.

Our CEO, Hans-Peter Gemperli, led us through the most important topics relating to our organisation. In addition to exciting figures on the Group's performance, there was also good news: new partners such as Dr Alexander Schavkan (Aargau), Zuzana Pronay (ZH-SH) and other colleagues are strengthening our network and showing how dynamically cross-ING is developing. Two independent branches and the founding of cross-payroll GmbH were also presented.

The employee presentations were particularly impressive. In two-minute slots, colleagues presented their projects, tasks and tools, providing a valuable glimpse behind the scenes of the cross-ING world.

After the official part, things continued in a relaxed atmosphere: the cool bar in Haus Valley served delicious snacks, cool drinks and plenty of good conversation. The drinks reception was the perfect end to an afternoon that once again showed how much energy, expertise and team spirit there is in our team.
